Do not write anyone's name.

Do not write your phone, CNIC or any ID number. They are removed anyway.

Your words are sent to Claude, an AI service by Anthropic, to remove names and numbers and to translate. Anthropic does not use them to train its AI and deletes them within 30 days. Only the cleaned version is kept on FixPakistan.

The system never stores your IP address. To stop spam it keeps only a scrambled code, deleted within 30 days.

If you are in Pakistan and worried, use a VPN or Tor Browser before you send a report.

Say what happened, what you asked for, and what they did. Plain words are fine. You can write in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English.

The system checks every report. Clean reports go live a few hours after they are sent. Some reports wait for an extra check.
